General Info Babe Ruth 16-18 year olds:
16-18 – Any player born between May 1, 2005 and April 30, 2002 will be eligible for Babe Ruth 16-18 League competition.
The Babe Ruth (16-18) season begins in Mid April and runs approximately through Mid June which includes playoffs. Cheshire teams will compete against other teams in our district which includes North Haven, S. Meriden, Middletown, Durham and Newington. Last year there were 16 teams in the league. We will endeavor to play in Cheshire during the week. Weekend games and some games in the week may be out of town.
Babe Ruth's registration is $275.00.
***Note: There is also a $40 cancelation fee for refund requests made after drafts have been held.
Late Fee: $25 fee will be applied if registered after 3/24/2021
Players must supply their own glove, helmet, and bat.
Social distancing protocols will be enforced. Coaches will wear masks at all times.
Players will not share equipment.
**IMPORTANT: Team sizes are limited so register ASAP. Any additional registration requests received once divisions are filled will be placed on a waitlist. Players on the High School team are not eligible for Babe Ruth. Players on the Junior High Team are eligible. Registrtion will close 5 days after the CHS and Dodd teams are selected. There will be draft for this division and teams will be as balanced as practical.
